The piston hydraulic cylinder can only be a single-acting hydraulic cylinder, only realizing the movement in one direction by the hydraulic pressure. The heavy duty hydraulic cylinder is mostly used for vertical lifting occasions and is a special hydraulic cylinder. The return stroke of the plunger piston depends on the external force or dead weight of the plunger. The plunger is only supported by the cylinder sleeve without contacting the cylinder sleeve, so that the cylinder sleeve is easy to process, suitable for using as long stroke hydraulic cylinder.
Because the heavy duty cylinder is always under pressure during operation, sufficient stiffness must be met when designing. In addition, the plunger tends to have a large weight, it is easy to sag due to its own weight when placed horizontally, causing the seal and the guide to wear on one side, so the vertical design can ensure longer life of the cylinder. We are able to customize heavy duty hydraulic cylinders according to the customer's specific needs. The following are the heavy duty cylinders we have customized for our customers.
